Our tutors are industry professionals and ex-cabin crew staff, who have excellent links to major airlines flying from Gatwick and Heathrow. We have regular visitors from leading airlines and tour operators who play a vital role in the learning experience. The employment unit prepares all candidates for interview selection.
Minimum four grade 3-9 at GCSE or successful completion of the Level 1 course, and English or maths at grade 3.
Assessment is varied and comprises of the following: - Online examination - Role plays - Real Working Environment assessments for survival, interview day and cabin service - Short answer question sheets - Designing and developing industry manuals - Practical assessment in the workplace/ mock interview day - Written assignments
Air Cabin Crew Diploma Level 2
On completion of the course you can progress straight into employment or to one of our Travel and Tourism programmes where you can complete a Level 3 Diploma, which can take you into the industry or to university.
You will also be set for a career in Cabin Crew with leading airlines based at London Airports. You will have also acquired a number of transferable skills that may also lead to many other opportunities within the travel industry.
A high level of personal grooming is required for this course. You will need approximately £300 to cover course-related trips, uniform and resources.
Uniform requirements will be discussed at Interview Your tutors will advise you about Hair and Make-Up guidelines when you start your course.
Although we accept grade 3 in maths and English for the course the industry requires a minimum of grade 4 in both subjects. If you do not achieve a grade 4 or above you will have to attend and re-sit Maths and English as part of your study programme.
