Business Management and Administration (Team Leadership/Management) T Level

80% College and 20% Work

Is this T Level course for you?

This course is a combination of studying in college and gaining real work experience at the same time. Not all businesses play by the same rules. Some rise to the top while others fail before they even get started. But why?

  • Are you curious about how businesses grow and sometimes fail? Do you ever wonder what separates a successful entrepreneur from one who crashes ?
  • Are you creative? Do you love spotting opportunities and imagining new ways to solve problems?
  • Do you enjoy collaborating? Are you someone who thrives on teamwork and making things happen with others?
  • Do you like critically challenging ideas? Do you question how things are done and push back on traditional ways of thinking?

If any of this sounds like you, then welcome to the world of business and management. This subject isn’t just about facts and figures—it’s about strategy, innovation, and daring to think differently.

This course will ensure you leave college with the confidence and experience to succeed.
